SumukhAI ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-supported workflow tools for founders and small businesses, including the SumukhAI web app at app.sumukhai.io, its GA4 Weekly Report tool, and its Client Intelligence System product for coaches, consultants, and agencies. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have – including how we handle any data accessed through your Google Analytics, Gmail, or Calendar accounts.
When you use SumukhAI, we collect:

We store the resulting refresh token so we can retrieve your analytics data on an ongoing basis to generate your reports. We do not use your data to train AI models – this includes Anthropic, whose API terms exclude customer data from being used to train its models – and we do not use your Google Analytics, Gmail, or Calendar data for advertising purposes.
Specifically: data we receive from your connected Google Analytics, Gmail, or Calendar accounts is used only to generate the weekly report, client memory, commitment tracking, and meeting briefs you've configured, is only accessible to you and to SumukhAI systems and personnel who need it to operate the service, and is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never transferred to third parties except as required to provide the service you requested (for example, our hosting, database, and AI providers, described below).
You can revoke SumukhAI's access to your Google Analytics, Gmail, or Calendar data at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by contacting us to disconnect a business or client.
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, on servers located in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to your businesses, clients, report preferences, and connected Google tokens is restricted at the database level so that only your own logged-in account can read or modify them. Meeting recordings for Client Intelligence System are processed via our meeting-bot provider, Recall.ai, and only the resulting transcript text is stored in Supabase alongside your other data.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to run SumukhAI, currently:
We retain your account, business, client, and report preference data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect Google Analytics, Gmail, or Calendar, we delete the stored refresh token immediately. If you delete a client from Client Intelligence System, all interactions, memory, and commitments for that client are permanently deleted along with it. If you'd like your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us at the email below and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
You can, at any time: update your business or client details, disconnect Google Analytics, Gmail, or Calendar, change your report preferences, delete a client (and its data) from Client Intelligence System, or request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
SumukhAI uses only the essential cookies required to keep you securely logged in and to complete the Google connection process. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies within the app.
SumukhAI is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy as SumukhAI evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
