These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SumukhAI's website, the SumukhAI web app at app.sumukhai.io, and any tools or subscriptions offered through them, including the GA4 Weekly Report and Client Intelligence System ("Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
SumukhAI provides a dashboard where you can add and manage multiple businesses, connect a business's Google Analytics 4 property, and receive an automated weekly report by email based on preferences you configure. Through Client Intelligence System, you can also add clients, connect Gmail/Calendar/Zoom/Google Meet, and receive an AI-generated memory, commitment tracking, and meeting briefs for each client. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information (full name, email, and WhatsApp number) when creating an account, and you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you click "Connect Google Analytics" for a business, you'll be asked to grant SumukhAI read-only access to that Google Analytics 4 property via Google's sign-in flow. By granting this access, you confirm you're authorized to connect that property. You can disconnect this access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by contacting us, and doing so will stop future reports for that business. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is used and protected.
When you connect Gmail or Google Calendar for Client Intelligence System, you grant SumukhAI read-only access to retrieve emails and calendar events relevant to the clients you add, solely to build the client memory, commitment tracking, and meeting briefs the product provides. If you enable Zoom or Google Meet capture, an automated notetaker bot (via our meeting-recording provider, Recall.ai) may join your scheduled calls to record and transcribe them. You may also manually paste in WhatsApp messages or notes. By connecting these or pasting in conversations, you confirm you have the right to share the communications and recordings involved, including any consent required from meeting participants or other third parties under applicable law. You can disconnect Gmail/Calendar access at any time from your Google Account permissions or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is used, processed by AI, and protected.
Paid tools such as the GA4 Weekly Report include a 30-day free trial with full access, no credit card required and no payment collected at any point during the trial. After the trial ends, reports pause until you choose a paid plan; we will never charge you automatically without you taking that action. Paid plans are billed at the rate shown at signup for the interval you choose (monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly), on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and future reports, but we don't provide refunds for time already paid for, except where required by law.
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another user's account or data; connect a Google Analytics property, Gmail account, or Calendar you're not authorized to access; connect or paste in third-party communications without the right to share them; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Services without our written permission; or interfere with the Services' normal operation.
SumukhAI and its branding, design, and underlying software are owned by SumukhAI. You retain ownership of your own business data and any Google Analytics, Gmail, Calendar, or meeting data accessed on your behalf; we only use it to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that report data, client memory, or meeting briefs will always be complete or delivered exactly on schedule. AI-generated summaries, memory, and briefs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should verify anything important before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SumukhAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you before doing so except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may also be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
